The financial technology company agreed to be taken private for $3.5 billion.
General Motors Co., up 12 cents to $44.19
The automaker said it expects strong sales in North America and China to sustain its profit through 2018.
Viacom Inc., down $2.38 to $31.38
The media company slid after several reports said it isn’t in talks to merge with CBS Corp.
Merck & Co., up $3.41 to $62.07
The company announced positive results from a clinical trial for a lung cancer treatment.
