Vehicle burglaries reported in Shadow Creek Ranch

Pearland police investigated seven reports of vehicle burglaries on Feb. 5 on several streets in Shadow Creek Ranch.

The break-ins included one in the 12800 block of Crestwind Drive, two in the 2100 block of Sailwind Drive and four in the 2100 block of Kingsley Drive.

Elsewhere in the city, a vehicle burglary was reported Feb. 5 in the 2000 block of Reflection Bay Drive, and a vehicle’s rear window was broken Feb. 9 or Feb. 10 in the 3400 block of Business Center Drive, police said.

Burglary

A residence was burglarized Feb. 5 in the 11800 block of Sea Shadow Bend, police said.

Police filed a building burglary report Feb. 5 in the 2700 block of Westland Lane.

Burglary of a building was reported Feb. 8 in the 1800 block of Main Street, police said.

Police investigated a burglary of a habitation Feb. 8 in the 2500 block of Business Center Drive.

Theft

Unknown suspects ran out of a store with stolen merchandise Feb. 4 in the 11200 block of Broadway Street, police said.

Police filed a theft report Feb. 4 in the 11100 block of Armstrong Lane.

Shoplifting was reported Feb. 5 in the 1900 block of Main Street, police said.

A pickup truck was stolen between Feb. 4 and Feb. 5 in the 6800 block of Haley Court, police said.

An 18-year-old Pearland woman received a citation for shoplifting report Feb. 5 in the 1900 block of Main Street, police said.

Shoplifting was reported Feb. 5 in the 2800 block of Business Center Drive, police said.

A Missouri City man, 22, was taken into custody for shoplifting, evading arrest and a warrant Feb. 5 in the 11200 block of Broadway Street, police said.

A vehicle was reported stolen Feb. 5 from the parking lot of 24 Hour Fitness, 10011 Broadway St., police said.

Police filed a shoplifting report Feb. 6 in the 1900 block of Main Street.

An unidentified male suspect stole merchandise Feb. 7 from a department store in the 1900 block of Main Street, police said.

A Houston man, 22, and woman, 21, received citations for shoplifting Feb. 7 at a department store in the 1900 block of Main Street, police said.

Police conducted a theft investigation Feb. 7 in the 2800 block of Business Center Drive.

Eight windows were stolen Jan. 31 or Feb. 1 in the 14000 block of Harmony Ridge Trail, according to a Feb. 7 police report.

A theft investigation took place Feb. 7 in the 1900 block of Kingsley Drive, police said.

A truck and trailer were reported stolen Feb. 7 in the 14700 block of Almeda School Road, police said.

Police arrested a 19-year-old Houston woman for theft of a firearm and possession of marijuana and a controlled substance Feb. 7 in the 4500 block of Main Street.

A woman was scammed for money involving real estate between Feb. 4 and Feb. 8, according to a police report filed Feb. 8 in the 1100 block of Huntington Drive.

Police filed a shoplifting report Feb. 8 in the 12600 block of Broadway Street.

Police arrested a Hockley man, 25, for shoplifting, unlawful use of a criminal instrument and a warrant Feb. 9 in the 1700 block of Broadway Street.

Two male suspects stole fuel injector cleaner Feb. 9 in the 1900 block of Main Street, police said.

An unknown male suspect assaulted a male victim Feb. 4 in the 8400 block of Northfork Drive, police said.

Police arrested a 17-year-old Pearland woman for assault, family violence Feb. 5 in the 4100 block of Canterbury Park Lane.

Police arrested a Pearland man, 37, for assault, family violence Feb. 5 in the 13500 block of Wild Lilac Court.

Police detained a male juvenile for assault, family violence Feb. 5 in the 3100 block of Morgan Meadow Lane.

Police arrested a Pearland man, 45, for assault Feb. 10 in the 2100 block of Kingsley Drive.

Assault was reported Feb. 10 in the 4800 block of Springfield Avenue, police said.

Police filed an assault, family violence report Feb. 10 in the 2900 block of Oak Road.

Narcotics

Police arrested a Brazoria man, 29, for possession of drug paraphernalia Feb. 4 in the 4500 block of Broadway Street. A 21-year-old Alvin woman also was taken into custody for a warrant, police said.

A Missouri City man, 36, was arrested for possession of marijuana and a drug test falsification device Feb. 4 in the 2300 block of Cullen Parkway, police said. Police also took a Pearland woman, 31, into custody for Brazoria County warrants.

A Pearland woman, 30, was taken into custody for possession of marijuana and a prohibited weapon Feb. 5 in the 8600 block of Hughes Ranch Road, police said.

Police arrested a La Marque man, 38, for possession of a controlled substance Feb. 6 in the 1900 block of Cullen Parkway. A Houston woman, 30, was taken into custody for a warrant, police said.

A traffic stop led to the arrest of a Houston woman, 36, for marijuana possession and an Angleton warrant Feb. 6 in the 4300 block of Magnolia Road, police said.

Police took a Pearland man, 33, into custody for marijuana possession Feb. 6 in the 4000 block of Broadway Street.

A Pearland man, 32, was arrested for marijuana possession and an Alvin warrant Feb. 6 in the 2000 block of Oday Road, police said.

Police arrested a Shepherd man, 22, and Pearland woman, 19, for marijuana possession Feb. 8 in the 2800 block of Miller Ranch Road.

A Pearland man, 33, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle with an expired license plate Feb. 9 in the 2300 block of North Texas Avenue, police said.

A traffic stop led to the arrest of a 17-year-old Pearland man for marijuana possession Feb. 9 in the 3600 block of Marys Village Drive, police said.

Police arrested a Pearland man, 26, for possession of a drug test falsification device Feb. 10 in the 3000 block of Broadway Street.

Driving while intoxicated

A 23-year-old Pearland man was taken into custody for DWI Feb. 4 in the 1500 block of Old Alvin Road, police said.

Police arrested a Pearland man, 45, for DWI Feb. 4 in the 2100 block of Oday Road.

A traffic stop led to the arrest of an Alvin man, 32, for DWI Feb. 5 in the 7200 block of Broadway Street, police said.

A Fort Bend County man, 30, was arrested for DWI Feb. 6 in the 3100 block of Pearland Parkway, police said.

A Pearland woman, 36, was arrested for DWI Feb. 9 in the 6700 block of Broadway Street, police said.

Police took a Pearland man, 25, into custody for DWI Feb. 10 in the 2600 block of Veterans Drive.

A 44-year-old Pearland man was arrested for DWI Feb. 10 in the 600 block of North Elder Grove Drive, police said.

Threats, harassment

Police arrested a Pearland man, 51, for terroristic threat Feb. 4 in the 2900 block of Parkstone Field Lane.

A male juvenile threatened a teacher Feb. 1, according to a police report filed Feb. 5 in the 3700 block of Main Street.

Terroristic threat was reported Feb. 5 in the 3800 block of Dunlavy Drive, police said.

Harassment occurred between Jan. 18 and Feb. 6, according to a police report filed in the 4700 block of Brazos Bend Drive.

Disorderly conduct

Police filed a disorderly conduct report Feb. 4 in the 2800 block of Pearland Parkway.

A male cursed at another male Feb. 6 in the 1500 block of Broadway Street, police said.

Police field a disorderly conduct report after a physical altercation between two juveniles Feb. 7 in the 2300 block of North Galveston Avenue.

Criminal mischief

A vehicle was damaged Feb. 5 in the 3400 block of Broadway Street, police said.

A student damaged a keyboard and four headphones Jan. 29 in the 2300 block of North Galveston Avenue, according to a Feb. 6 police report.

Criminal mischief occurred Feb. 7 in the 3200 block of Veterans Drive, police said.

Police filed a criminal mischief report Feb. 7 in the 7300 block of Broadway Street.

Fraud, forgery

An out-of-state resident claimed to have been scammed by a Pearland resident between Oct. 21, 2018, and Jan. 20, according to a Feb. 5 police report.

A victim’s debit card number was used to make an unauthorized charge Feb. 3 or Feb. 4 at a business in the 13900 block of Texas 288, according to a Feb. 5 police report.

Forgery occurred Feb. 5 in the 8200 block of Broadway Street, police said.

Credit card abuse was reported Feb. 5 in the 3200 block of Laurel Bend Lane, police said.

Credit or debit card abuse occurred Feb. 2, according to a police report filed Feb. 6 in the 3400 block of Broadway Street.

Identity fraud was reported Feb. 8 in the 4700 block of Buescher Court, police said.

A victim reported fraudulent activity Feb. 8 in the 2100 block of Catamaran Cove Drive, police said.

Police filed a forgery report Feb. 10 in the 3200 block of Bodine Drive.

An internet scam was reported Feb. 10 in the 2500 block of Creeks Edge Drive, police said.

Credit card abuse occurred Feb. 6, according to a police report filed Feb. 9 in the 11400 block of Freestone Avenue.

Traffic

Police arrested a Pearland man, 32, for no driver’s license and failure to maintain proof of financial responsibility Feb. 6 in the 1700 block of Oday Road.

A Houston man, 57, was arrested for fictitious or altered license plate and driving while license invalid Feb. 7 in the 1400 block of Main Street, police said.

Failure to identify

Police arrested a Houston man, 25, for failure to identify Feb. 6 in the 15800 block of Texas 288.

Evading arrest

A male suspect evaded arrest in a vehicle Feb. 9 in the 1900 block of Main Street, police said.

Police filed a K-9 deployment report after suspects evading on foot were found Feb. 9 in the 2100 block of South Johnson Street.

Public lewdness

Police filed a public lewdness report Feb. 9 in the 4100 block of Bailey Road.
