Flight For Life transports motorists after crash
HUSTISFORD -- A 21-year-old man from the Hustisford area was flown to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee following a one-vehicle crash late Sunday.
Dodge County dispatch received a call at 9:18 p.m. Sunday of a one-car crash on Oaklawn Road near Maple Drive in the town of Hustisford.
The initial investigation shows the motorist was traveling east/southeast on Oaklawn Road near Maple Drive and failed to negotiate a curve. The man’s car left the roadway, struck a field drive and vaulted before coming to rest in the field. The driver was taken to Froedtert with non-life-threatening injuries.
Inattentive driving and alcohol are suspected to be factors in the crash, according to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash remains under investigation.
