West Shore Community College considers buying Manistee property

The West Shore Community College (WSCC) Board of Trustees on Monday is expected to decide whether or not to purchase a property in downtown Manistee for $470,000 plus any associated closing costs, in order to create a satellite campus there.

The property is the former Glik’s building at 400 River St., which is more than 13,000 square feet, with 370 feet of frontage on the Manistee River boardwalk.
