California man arrested on meth charges
A California man was arrested July 28 on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Raymond M. Anderson, 47, of Tujunga, was allegedly driving with an expired registration sticker when officers pulled him over in the parking lot of a McCulloch Boulevard grocery store.
According to officers, Anderson was driving without registration, insurance or a driver’s license. His license, the report said, was later revealed to have been suspended. According to the report, a search of Anderson’s wallet allegedly yielded a plastic bag containing more than a half-gram of suspected methamphetamine. Anderson was arrested at the scene and transported to Lake Havasu City Jail.
