Chelmsford High Threat Unfounded
CHELMSFORD -- Reports of a threat made against Chelmsford High School Tuesday were determined to be unfounded.
Chelmsford High School Principal Stephen Murray stated in a letter to parents on Tuesday that Chelmsford police were contacted after threats were made.
“After conducting the investigation, it has been determined, there is no credible threat or any evidence that lends validity to the threat,” Murray stated. “Please know that we treat the safety and security of our students as our most important responsibility.”
Reports of a threat made against the Chelmsford High School were also released earlier this year. The posed threat led to a police presence during a May 18 dismissal. Those threats were also determined to be unfounded.
