4th teenager arrested in fatal Arkansas skate park shooting
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A fourth teenager has been arrested on a murder warrant in the fatal shooting of a man at a skate park in North Little Rock.
Sgt. Amy Cooper says the 17-year-old suspect was arrested Tuesday in Jacksonville on warrants for capital murder, attempted capital murder and aggravated robbery.
Three other teens were previously arrested on similar warrants for the July 16 shooting death of 22-year-old Armand Van Tonder and wounding of two other men at the skate park.
The other suspects are 15, 17 and 18.
Court records do not show that formal charges have been filed. Police say they will seek to charge the 15-year-old and both 17-year-olds as adults.
