PEORIA, Ill. (AP) _ Dwayne Funches had 21 points and eight rebounds as Bradley beat Indiana State 78-62 Saturday night, the 24th consecutive win for the Braves at home.

In the Missouri Valley Conference game, Bradley (8-3 overall, 2-1 league) got 15 points from sophomore Anthony Parker and 12 from Deon Jackson.

The Sycamores (4-7, 0-3) were paced by Cory DeGroote's 15 points and Denny Hinson's 13.

Leading only 16-15, Bradley went on a 15-0 spurt to take the biggest lead of the game, 31-12.

Indiana State battled back to trail 39-28 at the half and 45-34 early in the second half.

The Sycamores closed to within 50-48 but the Braves responded with a 25-15 run to put the game out of reach.

Bradley won the rebounding wars, 47-34.
