Sharks sign F Lukas Radil to 1-year extension
SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — The San Jose Sharks have signed forward Lukas Radil to a one-year contract extension through the 2019-20 season.
Radil has five goals and three assists in 18 career games, leading the team to give him the extension on Sunday.
The 28-year-old Radil played professionally in Russia's KHL and on the Czech Republic 2018 Olympic team before being signed by the Sharks as a free agent last April.

Evander Kane scored two goals to reach 200 for his career as the Sharks beat Tampa Bay 5-2 on Saturday night, snapping the NHL-leading Lightning's 16-game point streak.
Jones shuts out Wild, Couture scores 2 in Sharks’ 4-0 win
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Sharks coach Peter DeBoer never doubted going back to Martin Jones in net, even after he allowed three goals on seven shots before getting pulled in the first period of San Jose's previous game.
Jones has always bounced back quickly and he did it again Tuesday night as the Sharks continued their December roll.
Logan Couture scored twice and Jones made 26 saves for his first shutout this season and the 20th of his career in San Jose's 4-0 victory over the Minnesota Wild.

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Lukas Radil isn't a typical NHL rookie at age 28, with plenty of experience in Russia and his native Czech Republic.
Still, there was something special about his first NHL goal, which broke a tie with 5:47 to play in the San Jose Sharks' 5-3 win over the Arizona Coyotes on Saturday night.
