NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Ryan Johnson scored 10 points and his last-second steal cemented Delaware's 70-66 defeat of UNC Wilmington Saturday night.
UNC Wilmington trailed by as many as 20 in the second half but scored 11 unanswered points to kick off a 16-2 run, slicing the lead to 69-66 when Devontae Cacok dunked on a putback with four seconds left. Cacok snared the rebound of a Delaware missed free throw with three seconds on the clock but Johnson picked off a Kai Toews pass as time ran out.

ELON, N.C. (AP) — Tyler Seibring was good on the final shot of the game as hit a jumper to give Elon a 57-56 victory over Delaware on Thursday night.
Ithiel Horton scored under the basket to give the Blue Hens a 56-55 lead with 2:30 remaining. Neither team could hit a basket until Seibring nailed the game-winning jumper with four seconds left.
Delaware holds off late Drexel rally in 76-75 win
NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Kevin Anderson hit two free throws in the final seconds to preserve a slim Delaware advantage in a 76-75 win over Drexel on Saturday afternoon.
The Blue Hens (14-8, 6-3 Colonial Athletic Association) had a wide lead through most of the second half but Drexel rallied late, closing to 74-72 with 12 seconds to play. Anderson's free throws pushed it to 76-72 just before Drexel's Trevor John hit a 3-pointer for the final margin.
Allen, Carter lead Delaware past James Madison 76-69
NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Ryan Allen and Eric Carter combined to score 55 points as Delaware beat James Madison 76-69 on Thursday night.
Allen scored 29 on 5-of-7 shooting from 3-point range and Carter had 26 on 11-of-14 shooting with nine rebounds. The two combined to make 20 of the Blue Hens' 28 field goals as the team shot 56 percent in 50 attempts.
Riller lifts Charleston over Delaware 71-58
CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Grant Riller had 21 points, Jarrell Brantley added 18 points and 12 rebounds and Charleston cruised to a 71-58 victory over Delaware on Saturday.

WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) — Ithiel Horton had a season-high 31 points and made nine 3-pointers as Delaware topped UNC Wilmington 82-69 on Thursday night.
Eric Carter had 14 points and 14 rebounds for the Blue Hens (12-6, 4-1 Colonial Athletic Conference), which earned its fourth straight victory. Ryan Allen added 10 points.

NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Ryan Allen scored 19 points with five 3-pointers and made five assists and Delaware beat Elon 77-65 on Saturday night to win its third straight.
Eric Carter scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for his ninth double-double of the season for the Blue Hens (11-6, 3-1 Colonial Athletic Association), who were outscored 30-22 in the paint but made 11 of 22 3-pointers (50 percent). Kevin Anderson and Darian Bryant added 11 points apiece.

STONY BROOK, N.Y. (AP) — Akwasi Yeboah scored 25 points and Miles Latimer added 14, including a go-ahead 3-pointer, and Stony Brook defeated Delaware 74-68 on Sunday.
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Ryan Daly scored 23 points, Eric Carter added 20 and 11 rebounds and No. 7 seed Delaware held off 10th-seeded Elon 86-79 Saturday night in the opening round of the Colonial Athletic Association Tournament.

NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Darian Bryant hit a layup and knocked down a 3 in the final minutes and Delaware closed on a 9-1 run to earn a 68-66 win over James Madison Saturday afternoon.
All 10 teams in the Colonial Athletic Association advance to the conference tournament beginning Saturday in North Charleston, South Carolina.

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) — Justin Pierce scored a career-high 33 points on 10-of-15 shooting and William & Mary broke away from Delaware in the second half for an 83-66 victory on Saturday.
Pierce's previous career high was 30 set against Elon on Feb. 1. Against the Blue Hens, he was 3 of 5 from beyond the 3-point arc and missed just 1 of 11 free throws. Nathan Knight added a double-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds and four blocked shots and Matt Milon scored 13.
Pusica scores 27 as Northeastern gets by Delaware 70-67
NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Vasa Pusica had 27 points and Donnell Gresham Jr. added 17 as Northeastern held off Delaware 70-67 on Thursday night.
The teams were tied at 37 at the break and swapped the lead throughout until Gresham and Pusica drained back-to-back treys to go ahead 61-51 with 7:42 remaining.
Eric Carter scored four straight as the Blue Hens rallied to close to 64-63 with 3:31 left. Bolden Brace nailed a 3-pointer for the Huskies.

NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Ryan Allen scored a career-high 24 points, Ryan Daly had 19, including four free throws in the final five seconds of overtime, and Delaware outlasted Cornell 97-96 on Thursday despite two players scoring more than 30 points for the Big Red.
Daly made two free throws for a 95-92 lead and after Matt Morgan made 1 of 2 for Cornell, Daly iced the game with 3 seconds left. Morgan hit a 3 at the buzzer.

Massinburg scores 28, Buffalo holds off Delaware 75-72
NEWARK, Del. (AP) — CJ Massinburg had 28 points with five 3-pointers and a career-high 14 rebounds, and Buffalo held off Delaware 75-72 on Wednesday night.
