Indiana Pacers Cut Two Players

October 12, 1999

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ The Indiana Pacers pared their roster to 17 players Monday night, cutting veterans Adrian Caldwell and Terry Dehere.

The 6-foot-8, 265-pound Caldwell was trying to win a job as a backup forward and center. A former member of the Pacers, he has been with Houston, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Dallas during his six-year career.

The 6-4, 190-pound Dehere had been signed as a free agent earlier this month. A first-round draft pick of the Los Angeles Clippers in 1993, he had been with Sacramento and Vancouver last season.
