CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Supreme Court Society is honoring journalist James Foley, who was killed by the Islamic State group in 2014 after being held hostage.

The society is holding a “Life and Liberty” awards ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 3 p.m. at the state supreme court in Concord to honor Foley, who grew up in Rochester.
