Student artwork on display at ‘A Night on Fifth’ exhibit on May 16

HUNTINGTON — Cabell County Schools invites the public to attend “A Night on Fifth” Superintendent’s Art Walk. The event takes place Thursday, May 16, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Cabell County Schools Central Office first floor, 2850 5th Ave. in Huntington. The main entrance and parking are located at the rear of the building. The art show will feature student artwork from Cabell Midland High School, Cabell County Career Technology Center, Altizer Elementary School, Cox Landing Elementary School, Meadows Elementary School, Salt Rock Elementary School, Southside Elementary School, Spring Hill Elementary School and Village of Barboursville Elementary School. Entertainment will be provided by Cabell Midland High School Orchestra students, Matt Luck, Brooke Powers, Katie Doyle and Nik Stackpole. Hors d’oeuvres prepared by Cabell Midland High School Pro Start will be served. There is no charge for the “A Night on Fifth” student art exhibition.
