A 17-year-old from Hollsopple lost control of a tractor while traveling south on Plank Road in Quemahoning Township Aug. 25, according to state police.
He sustained minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, police said.
The New Holland tractor crossed into the northbound lane and left the roadway near Koontz Road.
It traveled into a culvert, climbed an embankment and hit a tree, overturning onto its right side, police said.
There was minor damage to the right side of the tractor.
The Stoystown and Hooversville volunteer fire departments provided traffic control.
