9:09 a.m. — Neighbor’s llamas and pigs are causing damage to the caller’s property in the 2700 block of Willis Creek Road, Winston.
9:38 a.m. — Caller wants to know when a car is going to be removed from a ditch in the 4700 block of Lookingglass Road, Roseburg.
12:30 p.m. — Caller believes their neighbor is growing a new strand of psychedelic plants that will spread quickly in the 300 block of Fifth Street, Dillard.
12:59 p.m. — An elderly woman is holding a sign offering oral sex in the 800 block of John Long Road, Oakland.
1:42 p.m. — A man has been sleeping under a debris pile in the 3700 block of Carnes Road, Roseburg.
2:51 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in Curtin.
3:05 p.m. — A man wearing a trench coat and dark pants is carrying a bottle of orange juice while walking down the middle of the road in the 4700 block of Northeast Stephens Street, Roseburg.
6:09 p.m. — Caller’s neighbors are shooting guns after he asked them to get their dog off his property in the 100 block of Crater Road, Tenmile.
4:12 p.m. — An elderly man is in a car that went off the road at the intersection of Old Melrose Road and Melrose Road, Roseburg.

Joshua Dean Hopwood, 37, of Richland, on suspicion of attempting to elude a police officer by vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
David Allen Ippolito, 52, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, heroin possession and a parole violation.
Kerry Delana Riach, 35, of Canyonville, on suspicion of second-degree failure to appear, first-degree theft and depositing burning material in the forest or on the highway.
Austin Craig Payne, 22, of Roseburg, on suspicion of heroin possession, attempting to commit a class A misdemeanor, unlawful motor vehicle entry, second-degree theft, methamphetamine possession, 18 counts of fraudulent credit card use, 18 counts of computer crime, 18 counts of identity theft, first-degree theft and second-degree forgery.
Kyle David Fain, 26, of Roseburg, on suspicion of resisting arrest, failing to present an operator’s license, harassment, methamphetamine possession, attempting to commit a class C felony and a probation violation.
