According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
Deputies charged a Graniteville man Wednesday with possession of meth and possession of control substances after he was pulled over for driving through a stop sign without stopping on Glasshouse and Bettis Academy roads.
The owner of an auto sales business on Jefferson Davis Highways called police Wednesday claiming someone had stolen hubcaps off of two different vehicles in the lot.
An employee of a store on Jefferson Davis Highway called police Wednesday claiming she saw someone steal multiple items from the store.
An Augusta man reported Wednesday someone had stolen his vehicle while it was parked outside a store on Jefferson Davis Highway in Beech Island.
According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
A 35-year-old Aiken woman reported Wednesday someone broke into her vehicle while it was parked on Union Street.
Officers charged a man Wednesday with shoplifting after he was caught attempting to steal about $100 worth of merchandise from a Whiskey Road retail store.
Investigators were called to a realty company on Silver Bluff Road in Aiken on Wednesday in reference to over $6,000 worth of fraudulent checks cashed. Whoever cashed the business checks had forged an employee’s signature.
A 27-year-old Aiken woman reported Thursday her boyfriend was sending her threatening messages to her at her Freiday Lane home.
