Police arrest three men in North Olmsted pizza shop robbery

NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio -- Police arrested three men in connection with a robbery at Domino’s Pizza Saturday.

Chris Ward, 37, of Cleveland, has been charged with aggravated robbery in the incident that happened about 6 p.m. at the Lorain Road location near Columbia Road, North Olmsted police Sgt. Daniel Barrett said.

Two other men, Robert Knight, 31, of Cleveland, and Brian Kucler, 44, of Strongsville, have been charged with complicity to aggravated robbery, court records say.

Cleveland and Lakewood police assisted North Olmsted police in the investigation. Detectives identified the suspects and learned they were involved in robberies in all three cities. Police did not provide information about the additional robberies.

The Westshore Enforcement Bureau SWAT team, North Olmsted police, Cleveland police and Lakewood police executed a search warrant Wednesday at Ward’s home on Carrington Avenue near West 130th Street, Barrett said. Police found Ward, Knight and Kucler and took them into custody, Barrett said.
