Crusaders’ keeper Alex Newman made 3 saves, while Dracut keeper Tyler Flick stopped 5 shots.

Derek Caruso, Ian Maguire, Chase Herberich and Brian Scott played well for Groton-Dunstable (1-2-3).

Matthew Robinchaud, Edwin Bonilla and Shawn Fisher had strong games for Dracut (5-0-2).

St. Mary’s beat the Crusaders in a Catholic Central League match at Four Oaks Country Club.

Tim Picard (36 points) and Connor Doherty (22 points) led the way for Lowell Catholic.

Alvirne

The Broncos (218) defeated Spaulding (227) and lost to Hanover (205) at a New Hampshire tri-match held on Friday at Hanover Country Club.

Tyler Lizotte carded a 40 for Alvirne (9-10). The other Broncos scorers were Ryan Santos (42), Jackie Dowd (44), Mike Dowling (45) and Brett McKinley (47).

Tyngsboro

The Tyngsboro boys and girls teams competed at the Division 2 Frank Kelley Invitational in Wrentham.

The top 25 finishers in the boys and girls races earned medals.

In the Boys 11-12 Division 3K Race, Nick Tassanari finished sixth overall in a time of 10:31.26, while Andrew Parker was 18th at 10:57.85.

In the Girls 11-12 Division 3K Race, Sophia Campbell was seventh in a time of 12:21.54, while Jenna Parent was 17th at 13:05.10.

In the Boys 9-10 Division 3K Race, Max Gregoire was 17th at 11:10.15.

In the Girls 9-10 Division 3K Race, Julie Vincent was 17th at 13:26.71.

Also running well for the Tigers were Emma Duarte (9-10 Div. girls, 36th) , Emma Angelo (9-10 Div. girls, 45th), Tyler Neal (11-12 Div. boys, 29th) and Peter Lam (11-12 Div. boys, 31st).
