Redskins-Titans: How to watch, what time, TV channel

December 22, 2018

We’re just days away from Christmas, but before the Washington Redskins can celebrate the holiday season, they have some work to do in Tennessee. Here’s everything you need to know for this Week 16 NFL matchup.

Opponent: Tennessee Titans (8-6)

Where: Nissan Stadium, Nashville, Tennessee

When: 4:30 p.m. ET (3:30 local time)

TV channel: NFL Network

Radio: The Team 980

What to watch for: The Redskins would be eliminated from playoff contention with a loss followed by an Eagles win Sunday, or followed by a Minnesota win and a Seattle win or tie ... Washington is fifth-worst in the NFL in points per game this year (18.9), including just 17 per game in the four games since losing Alex Smith. Tennessee is second in the NFL in points allowed per game (18.1)... Saturday will be the first time the Redskins and quarterback Marcus Mariota will play against each other ... In the crazy AFC playoff picture, the Titans could finish as high as the No. 2 seed, so they have a ton to play for this week. For now, they’re on the outside looking in, part of a three-way tie at 8-6 with Baltimore and Indianapolis. The Redskins could eliminate them with a win along with some other AFC teams winning.
