MENLO PARK, Calif. (AP) _ Corium International Inc. (CORI) on Thursday reported a loss of $12.4 million in its fiscal third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Menlo Park, California-based company said it had a loss of 34 cents.

The biopharmaceutical company posted revenue of $7.7 million in the period.

Corium shares have decreased 25 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $7.21, a drop of slightly more than 3 percent in the last 12 months.
