After the Redskins quarterback left Monday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a right lower leg injury, backup quarterback Mark Sachez entered the game and running back Adrian Peterson immediately ripped off a 90-yard touchdown run that gave the Redskins a 10-7 lead.
