FLORENCE, S.C. – Carolinas Hospital System will host the Health Lung Walk/Climb on Saturday on the front lawn of the hospital to raise awareness for lung cancer.

Registration will be at 8:30 a.m. and the walk and climb will begin at 9 a.m.
