GREENWICH — Police confiscated a cache of LSD and “Molly,” a mind-altering drug, Saturday night following a traffic stop on Ritch Avenue, according to the arrest report.

Authorities said a vehicle driven by Scott Kaiser, 48, of Wilcox Ave., Meriden, was missing a front license plate. Officers discovered that Kaiser was wanted in the state of Colorado on a criminal matter, and brought in a canine unit, police said. The dog indicated the presence of drugs, according to the arrest report.

Police said they found 22 pills of MDMA, or Molly, pressed into the shape of a ghost. Also found were 21 tablets that looked like candy, laced with LSD, or “acid,” according to the arrest report.

Kaiser was charged with illegal distribution of drugs, a felony, and possession of narcotics.

He was later released on $300 bail.
