Gering Police Department
4:11 a.m. — Jack Warren, 23, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on charges of third-degree assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.
1:26 p.m. — Officers investigated a vandalism complaint in the 1900 block of 15th Street.
11:45 p.m. — In the 1900 block of 13th Street, a juvenile was cited on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.
2:39 a.m. — In the 2600 block of Blackstone, a 24-year-old man was arrested on a charge of third-degree assault.
5:09 p.m. — Gering officers responded to a noninjury crash at M Street and Five Rocks Road. David Husted was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.
12:49 a.m. — In the 300 block of Shadow Lane, officers investigated a report of a domestic assault. As of the date of the report, the investigation was ongoing.
4:12 p.m. — Police took a report of theft of medication from an apartment in the 100 block of L Street.
1:08 a.m. — At the intersection of West Overland and Broadway, officers cited Carlos Trejo, 23, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
9:09 p.m. — In the 800 block of L Street, Rodrigo Valladares-Gonzalez, 31, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.
In the 800 block of L Street, Bradley Sibal, 21, of Gering, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and third-degree assault (mutual consent). Javier Calva-Gonzalez, 35, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of third-degree assault (mutual consent).
Gering Police investigated a report of identity theft.
Police took a report of drug paraphernalia located in a residence in the 1700 block of Sixth Street.

Deyja Hernandez, 21, was fined $200 on a charge of no proof of insurance.
Kimberly Kershaw, 39, was fined $300 on a charge of larceny.
Christian Perez, 20, was fined $450 on a charge of minor in possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Devin R. Collett, 19, was fined $200 on a charge of no proof of insurance.
Natalie A. Castillo, 43, was fined $325 on charges of no proof of insurance, no valid registration and driving under suspension.
Vladimir Stirbu, 40, was fined $150 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
David L. Stevens, 55, was sentenced to 100 days in jail and fined $62 on a charge of third-degree assault.
Mario Blanco, 41, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $450 on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, second offense.
Lawrence M. Callahan Jr., 28, was sentenced to 14 days in jail and fined $50 on a charge of false reporting and obstructing a police officer.
