Reader Recipe: Cream of Chicken and Biscuits

1/2 large onion; chopped

1 1/2 tsp. butter

4 C. cooked chicken; cut up

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 C. sour cream

1/2 C. milk

1/2 C. canned pimento

1 C. shredded cheese

2 cans regular size biscuits

Saute onion in butter and combine with all the ingredients except the cheese. Put in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add biscuits and bake for 20 minutes and until the biscuits are golden.
