Judy Kay Mulhern (Koskelin), 67, of Riverview, Florida, passed away Dec. 9, 2018, surrounded by her family after a short but courageous battle with lymphoma.

Judy was born June 8, 1951, in Portage, to Wayne and Maysel (Allen) Koskelin. She spent 40 years in Colorado, retiring from the Denver Post Office in 2014, after 36 years of service. Judy had recently moved to Riverview, Florida, with her children and grandchildren to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Judy’s grandchildren were the proud center of her world. She loved spending time with them, attending baseball games and other activities, and operating the “Gramma Taxi” on nearly a daily basis. She also enjoyed the sibling reunions that were held regularly from coast to coast at siblings’ homes. Her life exemplified “Family First.”

Judy is survived by her children, Brenda (Brian) Wesbrook, Brian Mulhern, Alicia (Whitney) Taylor; siblings, Dennis (Barbara) Koskelin, Ken (Natalia) Koskelin, John (Susan) Koskelin, and Deb (Dan) Herritz; grandchildren, Andreas, Jaylin and Dorian; many nieces and nephews; John Mulhern, father of her children; Jimmy and Linda Taylor who held a special place in her heart; and her sweet little dog, Gus.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Maysel Koskelin; brother, Gary; sister-in-law, Diane; and nephew, Travis.
