EAU CLAIRE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun 14, 2018--Attorneys Lindsay Lien Rinholen and Ryan Osterholm filed a Cyclospora lawsuit today against Kwik Trip and Del Monte Fresh Produce, N.A. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Averie G., who allegedly contracted a Cyclospora infection after eating vegetables from a Del Monte vegetable tray sold at the Kwik Trip located at 4395 North Hall Road, Eau Claire, Wisconsin in May of 2018.

The suit was filed in Wisconsin Circuit Court, Eau Claire County (Case no. 2018CV000283). It seeks compensation for pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages.

According to documents filed with the court, plaintiff Averie G. purchased multiple Del Monte vegetable trays from the Kwik Trip located at 4395 North Town Hall Road, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, from May 14 through May 29, 2018.
