MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A driver accused of crashing an SUV leaving one passenger dead and another injured injuring before fleeing from the scene is charged with vehicular homicide and kidnapping in Hennepin County.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 31-year-old Andre Ogburn, of Minneapolis. A criminal complaint says Ogburn crashed an SUV on an Interstate 94 exit ramp in Minneapolis Sept. 16.
