_ LAKE POWELL-FISHING-STATES: Arizona and Utah are now in sync on what’s needed to fish on Lake Powell, the Colorado River lake that straddles the border between the two states.

_ PEDESTRIAN KILLED-UTAH: A Utah woman who prosecutors say was drunk and speeding when her car struck and killed a Taylorsville man in a crosswalk has been sentenced.
