Wesco fills tall paczki order for Fat Tuesday
Today is Fat Tuesday, or as many people around the state like to call it, Paczki Day.
On Monday, a crew at the Wesco on U.S. 10 was busy frying about 3,000 of the sweet treats for customers at the convince store.
Rochelle Miszewski, store manager at both the U.S. 10 and downtown Ludington locations, said preparation for Fat Tuesday has been ongoing for the past two months, with actual production starting at 7 a.m. Monday. The crew plans to continue working throughout the day until 4 or 5 a.m. on Tuesday.
