MANDAN, N.D. _ The cold winter has resulted in extra feed and bedding costs for cattle ranchers, and if the bitter temperatures continue, it could be an issue with calving season right around the corner. FORT MYERS, Fla. _ Versatile free agent Marwin Gonzalez is officially a Minnesota Twin. The multi-positional player reported to spring training after signing a $21 million, two-year contract. Manager Rocco Baldelli says he’s excited to have a player who can fill so many positions. The 29-year-old Gonzalez gets $12 million this year and $9 million in 2020.
