Black Friday off to frozen start in Philadelphia area, slight warm up later

Black Friday shoppers in the Philadelphia area not only had to brave possibly long lines this morning but temperatures in the teens as the annual shopping orgy got started under a bright full moon.

A warm up is expected as the sun rises and moves higher in the sky, but the mercury will barely crack the freezing mark with a high of 33 expected around  2 p.m., according the the National Weather Service Forecast.
