CRUHSD board to discuss fieldhouse GM contract at special meeting
BULLHEAD CITY — A contract for the district’s new fieldhouse general manager is on the agenda for tonight’s special meeting of the Colorado River Union High School District Governing Board.
Gary Boren, who formerly oversaw operations at Texas Tech University’s Jones-AT&T Stadium and United Supermarkets Arena and Lubbock Civic Center, was named last week as the general manager for Anderson Auto Group Fieldhouse, the multi-million-dollar facility being built north of the Mohave Crossing shopping center and west of Highway 95 in Bullhead City.
Tonight’s meeting is to announce publicly the details of the contract and formally introduce Boren.
Also on the agenda is an executive session, during which the board will discuss student disciplinary actions as well as the separation agreement with former Supt. Riley Frei.
The executive session is closed to the public.
The meeting will take place at the district office, 1004 Hancock Road in Bullhead City.
