1. The Ector County Health Department has been busy for weeks working to vaccinate Ector County students before they go back to school next month. But due to a short-handed staff, it’s led to long lines, limited hours and a lot of frustration.

2. About a quarter of a mile down a gravel road off of South County Road West, past the work yards of trucking companies, pipeline businesses and a lot filled with RVs, hundreds of people waited for the arrival of U.S. Senate candidate Beto O’Rourke.

3. An Ector County Sheriff’s Office deputy struck a horse and an oncoming vehicle after the horse ran onto the roadway on Tuesday morning.

4. A man was arrested Monday in Odessa in connection to a fatal shooting at 7-Eleven last month.
