Milford PD seeking public help to ID bank robbery suspect

MILFORD-An account holder using drive-thru services at the People’s United Bank on Broad Street Monday night was robbed at gunpoint.

The gunman ordered the driver to withdraw a sum of money and give it to him. The holdup man then fled the area on foot.

Police said the male victim described the gunman as being thin and standing five-feet 10-inches tall. He was wearing gray pants and a gray hoodie under a black Adidas-style hooded jacket.

The incident took place around 6:45 p.m. Police have released bank surveillance photos of the suspect.
