Sterling man facing coke dealing charged in Lee County
DIXON – A Sterling man accused of dealing cocaine in Dixon is in Lee County Jail on $150,000 bond.
Dylan R. Villa, 26, was arrested Thursday in the 1500 block of Freedom Walk, Dixon police said in a news release this morning.
He is charged with possession with intent to deliver 1 to 15 grams within 500 feet of a nursing home, punishable by 6 to 30 years in prison; possession with intent to deliver 1 to 15 grams and delivery of a controlled substance within 500 feet of a nursing home, both of which carry 4 to 15 years, delivery of a controlled substance, which carries 3 to 7 years, and possession of a controlled substance, which carries 1 to 3 years.
Villa, also known as Dylan R. Anderson, was charged in July 2014 with dealing 1 to 15 grams of cocaine in Sterling, but the state dropped the charges that September “in the interest of justice,” Whiteside County Court records show.
