After four cycles with the same candidates, voters in New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District will have two new names on their ballots Tuesday, while the 2nd District and gubernatorial races both feature incumbents. CONCORD, N.H. — New Hampshire’s Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the 2015 conviction of a prep school graduate for using a computer to lure an underage student for sex, requiring him to register as a sex offender for life. Then 18-year-old Owen Labrie, of Tunbridge, Vermont, was acquitted of raping the 15-year-old freshman at St. Paul’s School in Concord.
