NEW DELHI, India (AP) _ Vijay Kumar of India shot a 4-under par 68 in the third round of the Indian Open on Saturday and held a three-stroke lead over Rick Gibson of Canada.

Kumar had five birdies before finishing with a bogey on the par-5 18th hole for a three-day total of 12-under 204 at the Asian PGA Tour event.

Gibson, who had a 5-under 67 for a three-day 207 total, enters Sunday’s final round with confidence.

``I just need to relax and play my natural game,″ said Gibson, a caddie-turned-pro and former Indian domestic tour champion. ``I putted better today, but my hitting wasn’t the same as in the second round.

``A three-stroke lead on the Delhi Golf Club course is a fairly good one.″

Kumar says he’s ready to win again.

``I’ve won two titles in domestic tournaments here and am hopeful of adding the Indian Open to the collection tomorrow,″ he said.

Andrew Pitts of the United States was at 211 after shooting a 2-over 74 on Saturday.
