Dick Bourgault, musician and artist, demonstrated iPad painting he is now practicing. Judith Dila and son, Chas Dila, and his children look at a painting Bourgault did recently. Following the event, there was an event to remember George Dila, Judith’s husband, who died in 2016. George Dila was a writer and Daily News columnist, and he put forward the idea of a local center for the arts and worked to make it a reality. He also started a writers group, still active, and developed the Ludington Visiting Writers Series.
