VanderWall talks first State Senate bills

January 29, 2019

SCOTTVILLE — Curt VanderWall’s coffee hours at counties within the district were cut short Monday due to inclement weather, but the state senator did make one stop at Scottville City Hall, where he discussed the bills introduced during his first few weeks representing the 35th District.

VanderWall, R-Ludington, canceled his remaining coffee hour engagements but spoke briefly about his hopes for proposed amendments to the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, hunting regulations, lottery and gaming policy and personal property taxes for wind-turbine land owners, among other issues.
