Ohio man dies in crash during argument, reports say

CROSBY TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A pickup truck crashed Wednesday as its two occupants were in a verbal argument, police say, killing one of the men, according to reports.

James Warr, 46, of Harrison, Ohio, was a passenger in the 1997 Ford F150 truck driven by Davis Loveless, 41, of Cincinnati, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department tells cincinnati.com.

Fox 19 reports the crash occurred at about 8:25 a.m.

The truck went off the right side of the road and rolled down and embankment before it hit a large tree.

Neither man was wearing a seatbelt.

Deputies did not say what initiated the argument between the men. Drugs and alcohol are not suspected and the crash remains under investigation.

Crosby Township is located in southwest Ohio near Cincinnati.
