BOSTON _ Actress Lori Loughlin, her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli and other prominent parents are pleading not guilty in the college admissions bribery scam. SUPREME COURT-SCANDALOUS TRADEMARKS

WASHINGTON _ They managed not to say it. The Supreme Court’s nine justices discussed a trademark case Monday involving a Los Angeles-based fashion brand spelled F-U-C-T.
