One jailed on felony charges of possession with intent, conspiracy

BARBOURSVILLE — One person was jailed on felony charges since Monday afternoon, according to booking records kept at Western Regional Jail.

Mark William King, 59, was incarcerated at 1 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession with intent and conspiracy. Bond was not set.

The Huntington Police Department listed 14 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Monday, according to a printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Child abuse resulting in injury, 7 p.m. April 4, 800 block of Marcum Terrace.

Domestic battery, 7 p.m. Sunday, 200 block of Main Street, Guyandotte.

Destruction of property, 3 p.m. Saturday, 500 block of 21st Street.

Shoplifting first and second offense, failure to process/fingerprint, disorderly conduct, intoxication, 6:27 p.m. Sunday, 800 block of 8th Street.

Possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent, delivery of a controlled substance, 5:1 3 p.m. Sunday, 500 block of 5th Avenue, Guyandotte.

Petit larceny, 1 a.m. Sunday, 2600 block of 1st Avenue.

Petit larceny, 10 a.m. Saturday, 1000 block of 7th Avenue.

Shoplifting, 10:23 a.m. Sunday, 1500 block of 6th Avenue.
