At GAR, Curtis Smith poured in a game-high 27 points, and Will Johnson added 24 as GAR held off Pittston Area on Thursday, 76-62.

GAR held a 13-point lead at the half, only to see Pittston Area come storming back thanks to a 30-point fourth quarter from the Patriots.

Mike George led Pittston Area with 15 points. J.J. Walsh added 12, Brennan Higgins 11 and Sevion Leak 10.
