Reagan Day Dinner to benefit boyhood home

DIXON – This year’s A Night to Remember Ronald Reagan will focus on supporting the 40th President’s boyhood home and feature his former executive assistant.

The event will run from 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Dixon Elks Lodge, 1279 Franklin Grove Road, and is hosted by the Lee County Republicans Central Committee and the Ronald Reagan Boyhood Home in celebration of his life and legacy.

Peggy Grande, Reagan’s post-presidential executive assistant, will be the main speaker at the dinner, which will include hors d’oeuvres, drinks and a dessert auction.

The cost is $50 or $360 for a table of eight. Table reservations are due Feb. 6 at citizensforklahn@gmail.com

Individual tickets will be available at the door and don’t require a reservation.

All proceeds will go to the boyhood home.
