REALTOR OF THE WEEK Negotiation second nature to Houston native Kristy Kubala

Although there are many alternative ways to secure a home in this evolving and technologically filled world, they all fall second to having a dedicated and knowledgeable Realtor who will fight for you from beginning to end.

“There will always be a need for representation to keep our housing market healthy. I do hope that everyone considers a Realtor to ensure the process is as efficient and enjoyable as possible,” said Kristy Kubala, a Realtor with Bernstein Realty.

The majority of Kubala’s clients are interested in the west side, which ranges from Sugar Land/Missouri City and spans to Tomball.

Her most concentrated market over the past years has been Cypress, which is her home territory. However, she also enjoys showing all of the neighborhoods inside and around the Loop.

“I have grown up in Houston and lived in numerous areas, so the familiarity is always there,” Kubala said.

There is a record number of homes on the market, giving buyers many choices and good deals in the suburbs, and new neighborhoods are

opening.

Kubala is considered a native Houstonian, having moved here from Manhattan when she was 2 years old.

Kubala was a Texas landman and negotiated mineral rights leases with individuals, trusts, and banks for various oil and gas companies.

In 2012, she obtained her residential real estate licenses.

“I have an ingrained passion for working with and assisting individuals and families find their place to call home. The negotiating comes second nature, as I want my clients’ full satisfaction and confidence in closing on a home,” Kubala said.

She also enjoys the numbers side of real estate, market analysis, working to stay within a client’s budget, and negotiating any repair costs.

“I know I have found my career that I love, and I will continue working for my clients for the rest of my life,” Kubala said.

Kubala is known for her determination and go-getter attitude, and being respectful, patient and a keen communicator.

Most of all, though, she has a love of people, and enjoys the rewards she receives in helping each client find that perfect home to build their memories.
