LINCOLN PARK, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey school administrator stands accused of stealing nearly $15,000 from a district where she once worked.

Adrian Pollio allegedly took the money while serving as business administrator for the Lincoln Park school district, a post she held from 2010 to 2017. She left that job last year to take the same post with the Hackensack school district, but abruptly resigned last week.

Pollio is accused of stealing $14,900 from the Lincoln Park district. She's been charged with theft.

It wasn't known Thursday if Pollio, who lives in Westwood, has retained an attorney.
