LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Former Los Angeles Dodgers manager Tom Lasorda will undergo knee replacement surgery on Monday, the team said.

Dr. Kelly Vince of the Kerlan-Jobe Clinic will perform the surgery on Lasorda at the Centinela Hospital Medical Center in nearby Inglewood.

Lasorda, 70, retired as manager of the Dodgers during the 1996 season, after a mild heart attack. Now a vice president of the team, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame last August.
