DETROIT (AP) _ A man who allegedly provided the rifle used in a drive-by shooting that killed a 7-year-old girl and wounded her mother and three siblings was charged Friday with second-degree murder.
Bryant Keith Daniels, 39, was the third man charged in the Monday slaying of Ajanee Pollard _ violence allegedly triggered by a dispute over a broken radio.
Two other men, Willie James Robinson and Joel Anthony Allen, both 24, pleaded innocent Wednesday to first-degree murder, assault and firearms charges.
According to police, Robinson was angry about buying a broken radio from a relative of the victims and allegedly fired the rifle into the victims' car.
Daniels apparently bought the rifle for $100 and had legally registered it, authorities said.
Two of Ajanee's siblings remained hospitalized Friday, one in critical condition.
