WINNIPEG, Manitoba (AP) _ Raimo Summanen scored on a rebound to break a 3-3 tie and Wayne Gretzky added two unassisted goals as the Edmonton Oilers struck four times in the third period to beat the Winnipeg Jets 6-3 Friday night in a National Hockey League game.

Summanen shoveled a loose puck into the net at 15:29 after Craig MacTavish's booming slapshot from the blue line bounced into the slot off Jets' goaltender Mark Behrend's pads.

Gretzky scored twice in the final three minutes to seal the victory for the Oilers.

The come-from-behind victory was Edmonton's second straight on the road following their 12-9 victory over the Chicago Black Hawks Wednesday night, which tied an NHL record for most goals scored in a game.

The struggling Jets have compiled a 6-15-3 record since they beat Edmonton 9-3 here in late October.

Also scoring for Edmonton were Jari Kurri and Glnn Anderson.

Murray Eaves, Scott Arniel and Perry Turnbull replied for Winnipeg.

Edmonton goaltender Grant Fuhr made nine saves on 12 shots before being replaced at the start of the second period with Andy Moog, who blocked 10 shots. Behrend made 30 saves for Winnipeg.
